Lansdowne Financial is a financial services business specialising in establishing businesses in the Australian market.  We help our clients through the company setup process ensuring compliance with all legal & regulatory requirements & provide ongoing support with the business practicalities such as registered office, mailbox, opening bank accounts, tax reporting, after-hours support and a broad range of financial services as required.

One of our core services is the provision of a Locally Resident Director / Nominee Director – fulfilling one of the key statutory requirements & compliance obligations to operate a company in Australia. Whereas a locally resident director is a requirement for any business operating in Australia, we believe in going far beyond the statutory basics by having a much closer working relationship with clients and providing practical business support well beyond the legal requirements of the role.

Whilst working to your requirements, Lansdowne typically acts as a financial partner to our clients – understanding their key drivers & leveraging our financial expertise & experience gained over the past 30 years operating in Australia.  We will gladly assist our partners build a network of business associates & connect them with trusted service providers in the Australian market.

Who We Are

Lansdowne Financial is led by Director Tony Kearney – a finance professional originally from Ireland, with over 25 years experience working at CFO level with multinationals here in Sydney before forming Lansdowne Financial in 2009.  It was here that Tony came to appreciate the requirements of successful SMEs setting up in a faraway country without local support.  Tony’s contacts working with larger overseas corporates as well as local service providers, accountants and lawyers, fills an important need not covered by anybody else in the Australian market today.
